Replacement guarantee

If an account does not log in with the provided details on first use, contact Telegram support within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and a screenshot. We will replace the account.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery. If we cannot deliver or replace an item, we refund the unfulfilled part of the order in cryptocurrency. Because accounts are digital goods, delivered and working accounts are not refundable.

Not covered

Accounts restricted after successful login due to the buyer's activity, password changes or use from flagged IPs.
